1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LX Travel Models platform at lxtravelmodels.com and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

LX Travel Models is a private membership platform that connects verified models, influencers and content creators ("Members") with luxury hotels, villas, resorts and lifestyle brands ("Partners"). Membership is by application and approval only.

3. Application and Membership

• ▸Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are reviewed by our team and approval is at our sole discretion.
• ▸You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• ▸You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your application, including your full name, contact details, Instagram and/or TikTok profile handles, and portfolio photographs.
• ▸Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of membership.
• ▸Membership may be revoked at any time if a member violates these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the platform or its partners.

4. Application Data and Consent

By submitting an application, you explicitly consent to LX Travel Models collecting and processing the following data as described in our Privacy Policy:

• ▸Your full name, email address and phone number
• ▸Your Instagram and/or TikTok profile handles and public metrics
• ▸Portfolio photographs you upload (up to 7 images)
• ▸Your motivation letter and other application details

Portfolio photographs submitted as part of your application may be shared with partner hotels and brands for the purpose of arranging collaborations, subject to your approval as a verified member.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• ▸You retain ownership of all photographs and content you create during collaborations arranged through LX Travel Models.
• ▸By uploading portfolio photographs to the platform, you grant LX Travel Models a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display those images on the platform and share them with partner hotels for collaboration purposes.
• ▸Content usage rights for specific hotel collaborations (including whether the hotel may use your content for their own marketing) are agreed separately between you and the partner hotel prior to each collaboration.
• ▸You may not use the LX Travel Models name, logo or branding without prior written permission.

6. Hotel and Brand Collaborations

• ▸LX Travel Models acts as a facilitator between members and partner hotels/brands. We are not a party to the collaboration agreement between a member and a hotel.
• ▸Collaboration terms — including deliverables, content usage rights, timelines and compensation — are agreed directly between the member and the partner.
• ▸Members are responsible for fulfilling agreed content deliverables within the agreed timeline.
• ▸LX Travel Models is not liable for any disputes arising between members and partner hotels or brands.

7. Gold NFC Membership Card

Approved Gold Members receive a physical NFC membership card. This card:

• ▸Remains the property of LX Travel Models and must be returned upon membership termination
• ▸Must not be transferred, lent or used by any person other than the named member
• ▸May be deactivated if membership is suspended or revoked

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• ▸Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• ▸Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• ▸Harass, defame or harm other members, partners or LX Travel Models staff
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems
• ▸Reproduce or distribute platform content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

LX Travel Models provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all collaboration opportunities will be available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
