When you submit a model application or partnership request, we collect the following personal data:

• ▸Full name and email address — to identify you and communicate about your application.
• ▸Phone number / WhatsApp — for direct communication regarding your membership or partnership.
• ▸Instagram and TikTok profile handles — to evaluate your social media presence, audience size and content quality as part of the application review process.
• ▸Portfolio photographs — up to 7 photos submitted as part of your model application. These are used solely for internal review and, if approved, for your member profile visible to partner hotels.
• ▸Country of residence and follower count — to match you with relevant collaboration opportunities.
• ▸Motivation letter — a free-text statement you provide describing your goals and background.
• ▸Company / hotel details (for partner applications) — including company name, website, location and collaboration preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide for the following purposes:

• ▸Communicating with you about your application status
• ▸Creating and managing your member profile (if approved)
• ▸Matching verified members with suitable hotel and brand collaborations
• ▸Issuing and managing your Gold NFC Membership Card

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your application data for as long as your membership is active or as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. If your application is declined, we retain your data for up to 12 months for reference purposes, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
